We read the renewal, benchmark the headline numbers against comparable buyers, and tell you honestly whether there is room to move. If there is, we scope an engagement on either Fixed Fee or Gainshare and our guarantee applies: we improve your deal or we reimburse our service fee. If there is not, we will say so.
